(odd restriction, when most of the other CMS's have shop addons that would be allowed).
Why is Magento better than "other CMS's" ?

BUT… you can't see the complete list of included services…
AND their site gets blocked [here] for "security certificate errors"…
AND - at almost every page - FireFox had to stop & ask if we want to see

Magento is certainly available as a 1 click Softalicious installation. The error on the offer has now been corrected.
We are fairly lenient in terms of bandwidth so if there is a peak over bandwidth in a month then we would be okay with this.
If the user was to continually peak their bandwidth over several months then we would ask them to upgrade to our extreme starter plan.

Perhaps the ABN is used for convienence rather than associated with the business? If not, what is the ABN for this Australian Web Hosting provider?

99.9% is thrown around all too often, and the uptime guarantee appears to be contradictory in the terms of service (ToS lists 99.99%). For the record, the clause for 24 hours a day measurement means if the website is down for more than 8.64 seconds after the listed 10 minutes, you get 10% on your next month.
