Yakuza 4 is currently 19 dollars at game

saw this the other day but it was out of stock, they have since restocked. As such, if you miss out i recommend you keep checking back as stock may re-appear.

Can't say much about the game itself as i haven't played it yet… reviews are generally positive. The game is apparently a little weird at points but overall, it's fun.

EDIT: also just spotted the conduit 2 for 14 bucks which is good for all you wii gamers looking for a little more serious game than most on the platform.
