How about this Ozone Generator. The seller claims that "When Ozone comes into contact with body fluids, the resulting reactions form more supportive proteins and red blood cells. This increases oxygen supply within your body" they also claim many other health benefits. Can purchase for $150 from their website, or $50 at AliExpress.
Not only are you getting ripped off, but you are buying a machine that is known to cause adverse health effects.

The site to me seems dodgy and definitely overpriced, but ozone generators have applications in chemistry, so they're at least not totally worthless. As opposed to OP's EFM shielding stickers, of which the sole purpose is nothing.

Isn't the point of the "Darwin" part of the award a reference to Charles Darwin, the discoverer of evolution and founder of modern science, and the award is given to people who have died in silly ways thus removing their genes from the gene pool? I don't think the name quite makes sense just for silly products that are a waste of money, unless those products also kill you.
