Game description:

Get ready for a new train adventure as you travel across Europe with ticket to ride - Europe, the new edition of the worldwide hit from days of wonder. From Edinburgh to Constantinople and from Lisbon to Moscow, the game will take you on a ride to the great cities of turn-of-the-century Europe. More than just a new map, ticket to ride - Europe features brand new gameplay elements including tunnels, ferries and train stations.

Plus, we've upgraded you to first-class accommodations with larger cards, new train station game pieces, and a lavishly illustrated game board. Like the original, the game remains elegantly simple, can be learned in three minutes, and appeals to both families and experienced gamers.

Ticket to ride - Europe is a complete, new game and does not require the original version. It is for 2 to 5 players, and it takes 30-60 minutes to play.

  • Good price. Europe is probably 10-20% more complicated than regular TTR for those who haven't played, it's enough of a tipping point to turn some people off (such as my wife).

  • Surely enough OzBargainers own a copy of this now that if you don't have one then you've got a friend who has one.

  • Great game! Played it with friends for the first time last friday. Easy to pick up and play, simple compared to wingspan/catan and very enjoyable!

    • Likely counterfeit

    • Risk of fakes.

    • yep, unless you don't mind a fake, best to buy these more common family games via a reputable dealer. Ebay is absolutely flooded.

I got mine from ebay and it was a fake. Not saying yours will be but here is a way to find a comparison.

I sent it to the seller with photographic proof. Shouldn't be too difficult to keep the game and they refund you at least half the price if you don't mind. Up to you if you want to try your luck and demand more of your money back.

  • Just buy what would be 100% genuine from Amazon au. There's about 30 games commonly counterfeit, inc this one.

    • To be honest there's no guarantee there either, because of stock co-mingling. However, the chances of you getting your money back is close to 100% if dealing directly with Amazon (i.e. item is sold and shipped by Amazon AU).
