    It's basically magnets so anything with a metal back than can Qi charge (like some iPhones) can use it.

  After the phone is charged completely, does the charger switch off meaning your phone could be back down to 70% by morning? Or does it keep trickle charging it so the phone is always 100%

      It's over a 12 hour period, bluetooth on with a lot of stuff connected like watch and smart home things. Current charger turns off at 100% and wont turn back on and will let the phone go flat.
