      To restore them you need 2500 in set time frame.
      Wellbeing app is a good way to keep account ticking over.

  If you drive a car, fill petrol at BP and opt to earn Qantas points before going there

  Sorry buddy but once they're gone, they're gone.
  Same thing happened to me a few years back and no matter how much pleading I made to Qantas there was no way they were giving me back those points.

  Others have listed a few few ways to earn points, but they wont bring the lost ones back.

  Maybe they've changed rules in the last few years?

    They can give you your points back now, you just need to ask. I just did.

  I’ve read elsewhere that people have been able to recover lost points after grovelling and pitching a sad story about loved ones, leukaemia and the triumph of the human spirit. Ask and see if they come at it.

  I had points expire, and called them on 13 11 31 at 7am (when they open). They gave me a 'points challenge' which is something they do for everyone, you don't need to be special, you just need to ask for it. The points challenge entails earning 2,500 points in 6 months, which I earned in 2 weeks through Woolworths Rewards. So, I just got my points reinstated. Easy as. Good luck, you should have no trouble.
