My Fiance ordered prescription glasses in January. Lots of delays and Excuses, then the glasses turned up. In the meantime she ordered from another company that she has used before that were quoting longer times eyebuydirect.com.au which arrived sooner and were perfect. In the meantime, Optically eventually shipped the glasses, with many apologies, and when they turned up, were incorrect. We obviously sent it back with tracking (I didn't trust these Laughing clowns), and it arrived 19 days ago. STILL NO REFUND.
I regrettably could only lodge a 1 star review, so Please be wary when dealing with these Clowns. I start to smell Pyramid-style selling.
Further to this, no Tax Invoice issued.
