Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Pre-order Promotion 2022 Has yours arrived

OK just wondering if anyone who got the Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Pre-order Promotion 2022 NOT through the Samsung site itself, has received the bonus?

Did the claim the day the bonus went live. (seemed stupid that you could not claim until the phone was launched even though I had the phone for 2 weeks before launch (WW mobile))

They sent me the cover for the charging cover for the buds that they have not sent… seems hardly worth signing up for a pre-order bonus if they take so long to send that the phone starts its discount cycle.

    I wasn't in this promotion but I did signup for a galaxy watch 4 with my s21 purchase in OCT and the gift took almost 2 and a 1/2 months to mysteriously pop up

    My redemption code took ages to get sent across and when I eventually put the order through in late March it said "on backorder until April 28th"

    OK Samsung don't know what's going on.. I got two messages with two different tracking numbers from Samsung saying my order is on the way. When I look at the Samsung website under my orders all still say shipping pending. So something is coming hopefully not another KDLab Nukin case that is worth about 50cents. Also, the order numbers are both different and neither is like the order number don't the website. guess I can always hope their incompetence result in me getting a double up

      OK got my Galaxy Buds on Thursday. looked today and the website still says pending.

    If you have receievd your phone, that is lucky, I still havent received my pre-order phone but I have received 2 of my gifts

      ok that is really bad.. was thinking ordering through Samsung would be a way of getting all the things together but if you not getting your phone that is totally fubar!!

    I pre-ordered and got my code about a week after the phone released. Pre-ordered the bonus gifts 14th March and finally getting them tomorrow. One month for pre-order gifts is way to long. And its like you said, hardly makes it worth pre-ordering given the terrible comms they give you online as well.
