Underfloor Insulation Installation Advice (Steel Subfloor)

Hi,

I've got a steel subfloor (spantec) and there's no underfloor insulation.

1st question - is there any polystyrene (EPS?) insulation suppliers in Melbourne that supply a product that could give a R2.5 value? I'm struggling to find any,

2nd question - if i do go batts, looking for advice on the best way to install these.

I've seen these stapled into timber floor joists or strapping used to secure these.

Any thoughts on the best practice for the steel joists? Tapes seem like they'll lose their stick after some time and I'd prefer to do the job once and right!

  Spray foam - interesting.When I look at another spray foam insulation supplier they say:
  
  "You should also be aware that the spray foam equipment and the spray foam liquid solutions take up a lot of room and requires a fairly large truck. The truck I use is 13 metres long and 3.2 metres high.
  
  Questions I will ask when I receive a quote for this type of insulation are:

Batts with fibre cement screwed to undersides of joist.
