40% off Foamee Snow Foam Cannon $53.97 Delivered @ Foamee eBay

230

Hello again,
We've launched a 40% off deal on all our foam cannons on eBay (it's been 2 years since the last one!) for the next 7 days as we need warehouse space.

Great item for any car lover (or truck, boat, motorcycle, etc.) and it also works great for outdoor cleaning (concrete, tiles, bricks) and commercial cleaning (restaurant kitchens, signage).

Here is a full adapter guide if you're not sure which one you need: https://www.foamee.com.au/blogs/faq/which-snow-foam-adapter-…

Some answers to commonly asked questions:

Q: What is the purpose of snow foam?
A: You can use it as an extra pre-wash step to ensure all the dirt and contaminants are softened before doing your standard wash to prevent swirl marks. Or you can foam up your car and scrub with the mitt while rinsing it every few panels. I find this is super convenient as there's always enough soap on the car (instead of carrying it in the mitt from the bucket) and you know exactly where you've left off. If your car is only lightly dirty and frequently washed, you could get away with just a foam and rinse which takes 10 minutes tops (including setup).

Q: Why should I choose your foam cannon over all the others?
A:
1. It has a wide plastic on plastic thread design that prevents the bottle thread from stripping (very common issue with other cannons).
2. Wide bottle base to prevent it from tipping over.
3. Free adapter included to fit ANY pressure washer (other cannons provide a universal fitment one that forces you to buy a $15 adapter elsewhere).

Q: What is the minimum PSI my pressure washer needs to create decent foam?
A: We recommend 1200 psi as the lowest for clingy foam. You can go lower but the foam will get watery. Also, you can add a lot of different detergents in the cannon.

Q: My pressure washer isn't listed, which adapter do I need?
A: Comment your model and I'll find out for you.

Thank you!

      • Any detergent included?

Does it come with the 1/4 inch Quick Connect Coupler already fitted?

    • It will come uninstalled if you purchase from this link: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/122648723814
If you'd like it fitted, I can do that for you. Just leave a note with the purchase.

I've got a Worx WG601E, I think the adaptor needed is the Bosch AQT/AR Blue Clean adapter, is that correct? Thanks!

    • +1

      yes correct.

      • Ordered, thanks!

  • Does it have volume measurements

  • Picked one up, will be interested to see how it goes.

Is there anything that I shouldn't put in this?

    • +3

      Children, probably?

    • Anything that will somewhat foam will be OK. As long as you run clean water through the cannon afterwards, there isn't much you shouldn't put in (besides liquid hotter than 60 degrees Celsius).

      • +1

Don't put a coffee in it, got it.

  • Have a Ryobi 1800w model. Like this one. Thank you. https://www.bunnings.com.au/ryobi-1800w-2000psi-pressure-was….

  • This is for Jet-USA RX450, if someone needs one.

  • What size orrifice hole. ?

That will determine also how much foam from the snow foam cannon.
(As well as water hardness, volume of soap, mixture ratio, pressure washer operating pressure and water volume )

    • We're using 1.1mm in this model

  • Hi I have the stanley 1200w 1450psi pressure washer. Will it fit?

  • I have the Aldi pressure washer that comes with the bottle already to put the foam in. How much of an improvement would this be?

    • Huge improvement - most of our customers are purchasing for a unit that already comes with a plastic foam bottle.

      • +1

Which adapter for the aldi pressure washer?

    • The inbuilt foam bottle is rubbish.

  • Good price, only just got one a few days ago from sca and used it this morning.

  • I have a Homelite HPW-100G, which fitting will it work with? Thanks.

    Never tried these
    What detergent is best?
    Or will anything work ok?

This is what I am using at the moment.
Its pretty good and on special:

    • Any product labelled as "snow foam detergent" should work well. Look for a product that requires less detergent to water ratio. Fireball is the lowest I've seen.

      • Is any detergent included?
Seems to be on the amazon foamee but not sure te ebay

  • +3

Would this be better than the bowdens own foam cannon?

  • -3

Gather since no reply or responce to earlier question concerning volume measurements, it doesn't actually have any….

Would have been better customer service to state so, instead of ignoring this

    • +1

Can't find this comment - could you link it? Volume is 1000ml.

        https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/11988436/redir

As in, besides just filling the whole lot up for a litre, are their volume measurements

        • +1

Apologies! No measurement markings on the actual bottle itself. Most detergents will have measurement indicators in it's cap so users can add x amount of "capfuls" and then fill the rest with water.

    • +3

Common, everyone's human, it's easy to miss comments.

  • Have WORX 20V Cordless Portable Pressure Washer Cleaner Hydroshot WG629E. Which adaptor would I need? The Bosch AQT/AR Blue Clean adapter as per the Worx WG601E in earlier comment? thanks

    • +1

      yep correct!

  • Hi. I have a Bosch High Pressure Washer EasyAquatak 120. Is this the same as a Bosch AQT?

    • Yep, AQT = Aquatak

  • Is this in any superior to the 2 bucket method?

    • In terms of getting everything off? Probably not. Does it save a hell of a lot of time and energy when doing maintenance touchless washes or 1 bucket washes? Yes

    • Superior for when your vehicle is not too dirty (can just foam on, rinse off).
For a very dirty vehicle, I would say it's more efficient/convenient rather than superior. You can foam on, then scrub with your mitt/sponge. This ensures you always have soap as a lubricant when scrubbing any panel.

  • Hi OP - interested in buying one. Who do you use to ship? Thanks!

    • +1

We use Sendle or Auspost Express if you're in WA/TAS/NT/rural.

      • Thanks - so prob can’t get it sent to local post office then.

I see the deal is for 7 days, any worries that stock may run out? I may hold off ordering until later this week.

  • What adapter do I need for Ryobi RPW170-G

    https://www.bunnings.com.au/ryobi-2400w-2500-psi-pressure-wa…

  • Hi rep would love to get one, but no one is home yet to see which brand washer we have

  • I want to order one..
But i cant find the GMC model number of my pressure washer for the life of me..

    I can only find this:

    https://alanm52.wordpress.com/2005/07/14/gmc-1400w-pressure-…

I think it might be a 14mm connector, but not exactly sure

    • Looks like Bosch AQT based on those photos. However please ensure your unit is at least 1200 psi to produce adequate foam.

  • I’ve got this Bosch UniversalAquatak 135, which adapter do I need?

  • 3 days left for the sale! Finally getting around to buying one.

Was going to confirm, I have an older, Nilfisk made, Gerni 105.5 but assume I still need the Gerni adapter?

And bonus points if you could tell me if the Yellow Snow is better than the Snow Job, thank you! :3

    • I was thinking about it but the lack of response from OP about this being better than the bowdens ones makes me think it's better to wait till that's on sale

      • Yeah, same here. Hard to find any decent reviews with comparisons.

I bought a litre of the Snow Job on special aswell to use it with but now I think I might just wait it out..

        • +1

Bowdens foam cannon on special at SCA at the moment with 30% off car care products. Plus 3% cashback.
Perfect addition to the Bowdens Snow job you recently bought

          • @Spending2Much: Is that the one at $70?

Repco Eclipse seems to have decent reviews aswell and is also on special.. anyone know how these go?

Edit: Also checked around, seems to be about $70 at most places at the moment. Lowest was $63 just last month.. :'(

      • I'd advise having a look at our features and compare it to the Bowden's then make a decision for yourself.
We're not going to publicly state we're better than this or that competitor - it's unprofessional.

    • +1

Yep Gerni adapter will fit that model.
No clue about which of those detergents are better, sorry. Just make sure you check the dilution ratios - some detergents are cheaper but if they require over 100ml of detergent then it's very watered down.

  • Hi OP, which adaptor do I need for ALDI workzone model number Q1W-SP05-2200A. Thanks

    • Will need to see a photo of the washer end to be sure for that one.

  • Just receive the parcel today but found that it doesn’t. I have the same model (Homelite HPW-100G). Seem like the Bosch AQT is more likely to fit.

    • Free adapter exchange sorted through eBay

  • Hi OP.

I have a JetUSA RX470. Can you advise which adaptor I should get?

    Thanks

    • Will need to see a photo of the washer end to be sure for that one as it can be 1 of 3 different adapters.

  • +2

Finally arrived today, very slow frieght
Peeled the sticker off, will try it out and see shortly.

    I will probably do a comparison between;
    Foamee
    Bowdens
    Mothers
    Autoglym
    Snow foam cannons
