Having a really terrible time with Plush Sofas
Events as follows
- Order placed in November 2021 with expected delivery in March/April 2022
-Notified Feb 28 2022 to make full payment as delivery of stock was coming shortly
-March 15 full payment made and delivery date of 1 April 2022 confirmed
-No delivery on April 1. No call back from delivery team until 3 hours after proposed delivery window. Stated that delivery was not happening as it was cancelled in the morning
-Called to reschedule over weekend and Monday
-Rescheduled with for Friday 8 April Delivery. Guaranteed over the phone that delivery would happen with time window texted on Thursday 7 April. Delivery fee refund plus $50 compensation accepted. Told there would be a text on Thursday outlining the delivery window
- Noted no delivery text by 7pm on Thursday. Email sent to Plush to outline this and ask for call back to inform of what is happening
- No phone call on Friday 8 April Morning. Calls to hotline with voicemail and number. No call backs. Calls to sales and after service with messages left. Calls to Auburn store no answer no call back
-Attended Auburn in person where I was told head office to not call back or pickup any of my calls as they wouldn't be able to deliver and didn't want to deal with talking to me about it. Was told nothing they could do locally as Nick Scali taking care of delivery
-Fair trading complaint made
I made several reach outs to their FB and IG without response. I eventually started to make some comments in their IG asking for help and outlining my experience. Only to then be blocked by Plush IG. lol.
ALL I WANT IS MY COUCH. Any other help from the Ozb crew would be great.
Maybe get a refund and buy from someone else. At least you are $50 up.
