Helicopter License?

Anyone know where I can get a decent deal on a helicopter license?

I'm based in Brisbane and they all seem to be around the high $400 mark for both a commercial or a private license.

You need 50 hours training for a private license and 105 hours for a commercial license. That makes helicopter training crazy expensive.

Any place that does it considerably cheaper than that?

$400/hour? $20000 for private licence.

Wow. Why don't you go to Malaysia. A friend of mine got his plane licence there and it was cheap.

why do you want a helicopter license? if it is for work, won't the work pay for it?

could you go to asia and get a licence cheap and then use that to get one here?
