  i believe was $19.99 at costco up until 3 months ago they put it up a $1 or so now $20.99 last i checked not much of a saving unless you buy bulk considered some places like toys r us i believe they close to $24.95.

    Formula should be the last resort, but for whatever reasons some mothers might not be able to provide breast milk. I Don't think that deserves a neg.
