    RAM mount, so motherboard?

    • nope, RAM Mounts are a high quality, USA manufactured series of products and hardware for serious mounting needs. Mount your electronic device to your vehicle or application of choice.

Came here looking for some DDR4 3600 C16

    • These are 'RAM Mounts' not computer ram, sorry.

I think mandelbrot meant it as a joke :)

        • Dang, I should've picked up on that haha

  • Can you recommend the right mount for an iPhone 13 pro max

Currently riding a Suzuki Gsxr 1000 2016 model

Ideally fork stem mount preferred - not the handle bar ones.

    • +2

The iPhone 13 Pro Max is best suited for any of the 'UN10' Mounts or the 'PD4' Mounts.
UN10 refers to the larger 'X-Grip' style phone cradle.
PD4 refers to the larger 'Quick-Grip' style phone cradle.

You can view the options on our website, which include fork stem components or many other ways of mounting (not via handlebar clamps)

  • Can recommend.
Had one for a rather heavy tablet mounted on a dash in a Skyline and never moved around under G's

    • Genuine question, wouldn't have a big tablet on the car dashboard obstructing the front view and might endanger yourself?

      • I didn't say it was big - old 7" HTC Shift that weighs almost a kilo. Was running tuning software that only worked on Windows 7. It was mounted in front of the AC vents.
Are you really concerned or just trying to score imaginary internet points? Try to stay on topic.

  • These are the most professional mounts I've ever come across. I used to deploy these in buses and vans for public transport operators and they just work.

Nice to see them on sale. I did quite a bit of price comparisons for the RAM B-size range and with the 15% off they genunely are the cheapest available.

  • After a mount to hold a Samsung Flip 3 (opened of course) inside my Suburu Forester (2017). Not sure if is better off an extension arm or off the console.

    • +1

      Howdy, The Samsung Flip 3 opened, has dimensions of 166 x 72.2 x 6.9 mm (or in inches, 6.54" x 2.92" x 0.27")

This means it would fit inside the smaller "UN7" X-Grips.
But it would also fit inside the larger "UN10" X-Grips.

If you think you're after a mount that would suit your phone but also other standard/smaller phones ie iPhone 7, 8, etc 12 mini, 13 mini go with the UN7 option. But if you're after a mount that would suit your phone but also other plus sized phones ie iPhone PLUS or MAX range go with the UN10 option.

Something like this windscreen mount features a 15cm mounting arm, allowing you to plant the unit deep and low on your windscreen and obscure very little view.
The RAM suction Mounts are incredibly strong.

If mounting off the console directly though, I'd recommend a drill-down approach over one of the adhesive bases, as the Australian sun is rather hot and adhesives are simply not as reliable.
