Does anyone know a better way to contact AMEX travel bookings centre?
I have an issue with my booking but I can't reach them through the 1300- phone ("current wait time is greater than 90mins…" Everytime, even at 7am this morning), and their email is no longer monitored. The main AMEX 1800 number isn't helpful because they're seperate to the travel bookings department. Chat doesn't have a button to start chat, because no one is online.
Any ideas?
Had same problem a few weeks ago. You just have to call and wait. The music will make you crazy but you just have to wait. Took me about 2-3 hours…..
