Are these good for shaving the nuts?

    • +3

I suppose you are asking on behalf of a friend?

      • -1

        Asking for a friend

        • is your friend the French novelist Honoré de Balzac. ?

          • @altomic: Boom! Straight through to the keeper.

Can someone please answer my friends question?

      • U need to use the body guard to shave but still do it carefully. It is a blade and will cut. Skin down there is different to the face and works differently. This blade will be hard pressed to cut your face but i have cut myself down there without the body attachment

    • Yeah they work well, I don’t have the pro I just have the one blade and works perfectly fine

Have the non-pro version. Excellent for nuts (not sure if u need to buy the accessory) because
      1. Does not pull
      2. Can get close to skin without getting cut
      3. Can be used dry or wet
      4. Can even be used for bottom

I actually specially got this as a nut shaver. Would recommend.
Lost of YouTube videos on this modal (face demo only lol)

  • Are these good for the face for very close shave.

    • +1

Yes, since getting the one blade I don’t think I have used a razor in about a year, cuts very close and very smooth. Shaving use to give me some shaving rash on my neck so this was a god send to me!

      • I would disagree. For me its not a very close shave. If you want a very close shave you will have to shave multiple times and even then a disposable razer will be needed to finish it off.

Hmm strange, on my neck it’s as smooth as it gets without the need for the shave with a razor.. I’m guessing based on this response it might depend on the hair type

        • Yeah, my experience has been the same. You really have to go over your face multiple times to get anything close to a disposable razor shave.

          • @jonagrah: Yep, same.
I go back over the particularly rough areas with a normal razor afterwards.

    • It doesn't shave, it trims. Leaves 0.4mm behind. Giving me a 5 o'clock shade.

If you use these for your body hair, you'll be chewing through blades in record times.

I use this very week, but not for my body. Buy a proper body clipper/groomer.
