If any of you have complained to ADMA, I thought I'd let you know about a couple of emails I received from them.
I lodged complaints about Groupon and Deals. One well over a month ago. This is the first I have heard back. They said they had a problem and hadn't done anything on my compaint(s) and asked if they were still at issue.
So if you have compaints pending, they may take longer than the ADMA literature says it will take.
still going 6 months from date of my complaint against scoopon and when i first lodged my complaint they claimed they had lost it, even though i had a confirmation email from them. i have not had a single response from scoopon even after several follow ups to the adma. the adma seem unwilling or unable to enforce their own group buy code of conduct. i think the whole process is a farce or they are just plain incompetent. i will be lodging a complaint with accc over the handling of the matter.
