Recommend Corded Vacuum ~ $300 with HEPA Filter?

Hi
I don't have access to Choice if anyone does?

I'm looking for a corded barrel vacuum. Bag or bagless is fine but it must have HEPA filtration. I know most have some sort of HEPA filter.
Small house with hard and carpet floors but not thick pile carpet.

    Either that or wait for the Miele C3 to drop in price (but Choice rated this one higher than the C3)

      The C9 looks good. Miele is very expensive at the moment.
      Any idea how the C1 (not the compact) compared on Choice? These were ~160 and you can fit the HEPA filter like the C3.
