Qantas Text Message Spam?

Has anybody been getting these?

Although in my case I don't think it's spam, it seems as though someone has legitimately made an account and used my number. Or Qantas has made an error and keeps messaging my number? As the links in the texts I'm getting go to the legit Qantas website? I've never made an account with Qantas.

I've tried to call but been on hold for lengthy times I have to go back to work before they answer. Any ideas how to stop it? The text message number just says Qantas so it's impossible to just block it, but with something like this its probably better to fix the problem from source

  Android or apple?

  On Android I can block numbers with alpha tags.

    Which device and Android version?

    Typically, you just hold down to select the message and from the menu or options choose block.

      I tried that but it only had the option to pin to top. It's a s21 ultra, and I just finished updating it to the latest firmware yesterday after not updating it at all since purchasing lol

        Don't open the message. Do the above from the main screen where you see all your messages.

        Edit: I'm using Google messages not the default Samsung app so it may be different
