        It took me couple of tries too - just keep at the page (don't refresh), and when it says couldn't submit try/submit again.

    Why is the code expired when the offer runs to midnight US time (unknown time zone)?

    Edit: Nevermind, NY has daylight savings. So it is not 11 PM but 12 AM as I wrote these comments. I missed the deal by 5 minutes. :-(
