Looking for a Laptop/Tablet with Detachable Keyboard for Personal Use

Will be using it for Internet browsing and remote working (using remote desktop app to Windows machine in office), no gaming is required.
I want to have maximum portability, so a detachable keyboard is just perfect, with the laptop/tablet having touch screen control.
When I am remote working, I want to connect the laptop/tablet to another bigger monitor, so an HDMI output is needed.

So, detachable keyboard, light weight, touch screen, HDMI output, powerful enough to drive a 4K external monitor and no loud fan noise please.
Could anyone recommend some models to me please?

I don't mind to get iPad Pro, Chromebook, Surface Pro, etc. but I would rank Surface Pro and the Lenovo brand at the bottom of my list.

    I have a Toshiba z20c and it's perfect. They no longer make them but maybe you can find a cheap second hand one.
