I just recently buy this tool (3rd march) from Amazon AU https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07L78Y72J/ref=ppx_yo_d…
but sadly the charger does not work. I tried to charge 2 of the batteries that came with the product - however the LED on the charger keeps turning on and off and it does not charge the battery.
I would like to get replacement for this but all i can see from Amazon is to get a refund.
Does anyone know how do you actually claim warranty on Amazon?

thanks
nothing last forever
I would get Bosch go 2 instead.
https://www.bunnings.com.au/bosch-blue-3-6v-cordless-screwdr…Looks like you need a step down transformer 240v -> 110v (at least according to the 1st review)
US import, possibly only a 110v charger…
If so, that would explain why it won't charge, and also that you've likely damaged the charger also.poor form on Amazons part for not making it clear that it needs additional equipment for AU use. I see there are other reviews stating also bought and had problems in AU
.I think amazon gives you a pop-up warning when you buy electronics from outside Australia that they may not be suitable for use within Australia.
Yup that was the very first comment on Amazon.
". However, you should consider before buying, the charger is a 110V only US/JP plug, so if you need to use it in a 220V mains environment, you need to match it with a 220V-110V transformer."
Amazon won't do warranty for this, they'll just refund you. If they offer it take it because based upon other comments you've fried the charger which isn't covered by warranty.
You should always check the input power requirements for imported electronics unless it's specifically sold as 240V. If you break it because you didn't check, that's kinda your own fault.
