  • How long does it take to show the $ cashback that is tracked? I made a purchase at FirstChoice with the 20% cashback offer but it doesn’t actually show the amount of $ I’ll get back

  • Does anyone have a screenshot of the 10% cashback / 24 hours offer that appeared on 24/3/22? I saw it early that morning, and needing another filter anyway, pulled the trigger. When I checked the app today I saw that the transaction status had changed to declined. I can see that the current offer excludes parts and accessories and has a minimum spend requirement, but I don't recall such conditions on the 24/3/22 offer.

  • Has anyone been signed out of their account? I wanted to use the app yesterday and noticed it was asking me to sign up when I clicked on my account. Obviously I don't want to sign up again and I see no option to login or reset my password. I had over $100 confirmed cashback sitting on my account as well :\

    No app update or ios update so I'm not sure what happened there

      • Hi, I just see the black sign up button. No option to login from what I can see anywhere. Not sure whether I should update the app, there is an update available atm but I’ve been holding off on case my details are lost

        Tbh I don’t remember my login pass but I do recall my email, if there’s an option to reset my pass somewhere
