Using Rider Rescue as an Uber without a Bike

https://www.bicyclenetwork.com.au/our-services/rider-rescue/

$50 subscription for 10x $50 worth uber rides a year. Has anyone tried using this just to get around (e.g. to get to the airport) without actually having a bike related issue?

Pathetic OP, you disgust me, you are not scamming Uber you are scamming a charity.

subscribers who are unable to ride their bicycle and need help getting to a
destination of their choosing. We will provide transport for You and Your bike to get
You home, to alternative transport or to someone who can help fix Your bike.
Reasons to call for Rider Rescue may include mechanical failure, exhaustion, or

How stingy can you get that you look at ripping off a charity.

Also after the first few callouts they'll start scrutinising your activity and hopefully ban your cheap ass

Well considering they book the ride for you with Uber not you directly, its going to be pretty hard to claim you had been 'riding' to the airport or you rode to the airport and got a flat, so need a lift 'home', but it is ok, my bike fits into this suitcase!

  • By the time you buy a bike and break it, it’ll end up costing more.
