Any Deals or Anything for SSD M.2 2230 PCIe NVMe or Where to Buy?

hi can someone help find me a SSD M.2 2230 PCIe NVMe, would rather a deal, i would rather 1tb but 512gb is fine as well
been googling but these are confusing and hard to find

ones i found is a old samsung one 512gb for 120
or a new dell 1tb for 300 so like double the price.
is it worth getting the 1tb?

        There's multiple 256 GBs for $75 mark. It's a rarer size so higher price but available.

    I don't think 2230 NVMe are mass produced as they aren't as popular as 2242/2280, and only been used in some weird laptops, i.e. Surface :) I found some on eBay — those refurbished WD SN530 drives shipped from China.
