Yes. I've bought a few Casios from Kogan and all have been genuine.
The DW-9052 has been routinely selling for around $50 dollars for years now, it's not that unbelievable of a deal (the historical low was $39 dollars back in 2013).
The fakes are more prevalent on eBay or unheard-of online watch stores with too-good-to-be-true prices but those places are usually easily weeded out on watch forums like WatchUSeek; even Kogan (as dodgy as they have been sometimes) aren't that stupid to and try sell fake Casios.
Most fake Casios sold online are going for 20-50% cheaper than the next nearest competitor, which is the biggest giveaway that they're not real.
bought some g-shocks and a citizen auto from kogan, and yes they are legit and come with genuine packaging and shriro warranty card (in the case of the g-shocks)
