100% natural fruit (usually over 100-200g of fruit for 100g of final product), zero sugar, not too sweet and one of my favourite products in the jam/spread category
100 percent fruit and 0 percent sugar. Colour me interested
Any jam that claims 'no added sugar' is either going to be full of jelly or fructose from other sources like boiled down fruit juice. Every real jam is full of sweet carbs, but some are loaded with sugar (cheap) instead of fruit. The main question is, is there acidity to balance out the sweetness?
I personally like Les Comtes de Provence Organic Raspberry Fruit Spread from Costco. About $8 for 750g of 65% raspberry jam. Doesn't taste all that sweet due to the tartness of raspberries. It's still 50% sugar, but tastes really nice.
It's 2022. We have artificial sweeteners now.
Barkers Anathoth Farm Strawberry Jam
Pretty much the only decent Jam on the market. Woolies and Coles I believe. Haven't tried another once since.

What your after is Vegemite!
Jam is by definition sweet, the main ingredient is either sugar or sweet fruits concentrated down.
Its the sugar that gives it the long shelf life.Jam

Marmalade.Which is what? Which ones are the synonyms? This is some sort of general knowledge one should be aware of. Haha.
Make your own jam and reduce the sugar?
Sugar makes fruit set, so if not sugar they add jelling agents and artificial sweetener.. make your own jam if you want to control the sugar added.

Even with no added sugar it will be sweet.
Jam is literally condensed fruit juice with fruit pulp.
Fruit juice has a lot of sugar in it.
Sugar is sweet.
Jam will always be sweet unless it is made from something that isn't high in sugar.
