I bought a $150 smart egift card called the Valentines Day card. It came with a $10 bonus card. They were stored in my Prezee wallet. I redeemed 50 for woolworths twice, leaving a balance of 50. This was visible in my wallet. I then redeemed the third 50 for woolworths which is now listed there, but is inactive. Then the 150 card disappeared , but all other cards are still stored in my wallet. I sent them a message, no reply. I just called, and they are not taking calls, said to leave a message and they will call back. There is no customer service really. Anyone had problems with them?

How long ago was this? Maybe try to get in touch still, but I am just saying in the meantime, the issue might correct itself because obviously there is some issues going on at Prezzee.
yes I just checked again, and the balance is now on the card. But there was no redeem button like there usually is. But I can write down the number and use it that way.
@screensaver: They emailed me about some maintenance they are doing on Monday morning, so maybe it's related to that somehow.

I had a $10 card disappear, or I spent it but I don't think so. I emailed customer service to find out if I could see my recently deleted cards and they never replied.
I had some issues with Prezzee yesterday. When I swapped a card last night for Wish cards, there was an error and the card disappeared from my wallet. I was going to try and get in touch today, but this morning when I checked again, the swap was completed and the swapped cards are now there in my wallet. So I guess my issue corrected itself.
