"We have received a number of vouchers so cannot tell you at this stage if I have received yours
We should have all payments done within 4-6 weeks "
Good news everyone after I emailed them on Monday and today I received email from them as follows:

"Confirm I received and processed today"
What was the e-mail address for the cash back form?
Really wan to know if they received my form.
It is on the form, you don't make a copy of it?
