We were looking to do things with the kids this weekend and wet weather makes it hard in Perth

@spackbace: Cool, if you happen to do the HMS Ovens tour let us know whether you think it's worth it.

@coxymla: It's worth it I'd say. Explanations can be a bit too much/technical for young kids but the impressions are lasting. It will also depend on the guide, and we had a guy who was chief of staff on this boat for some time, so great for high fidelity knowledge.

          • @spackbace: OzB meetup!

  • 1 Year "Fan" Membership

So this is for fans only not only fans?

    • The Only Fans membership is adults only.

  • Shortly after memberships were launched, I asked them if they had family memberships. They replied that you have to buy each family member their own membership.

This seemed like a missed opportunity.

    • Under-15s is free admission anyway.

  • no reciprocal agreements for other states?

  • On every 2nd Tuesday of every month the entry is free or by donation, so who needs an annual membership?

    • Those who can't get Tuesdays off?

      • You are right, but with WFH, can't you bring your laptop there?
