Are there any common pantry items which haven't gone up in price yet that could go up soon? I was thinking of stocking up now to save money. All the supermarkets tend to coordinate and increase their prices at the same time.

Pasta and noodles should keep for some time.
Homebrand Quick/Rolled Oats 750g $1.40
Homebrand White Vinegar 1L $1.40 (although it did go up mid 2021 from $1.20)Those are a couple I stocked up on. Missed the boat on sugar, that went up sharply. Pasta has also already gone up, for those that bought homebrand pasta.
choc bars
regularly get them when half price $2—>$1
Price is the same, the weight might change though.
2ply Toilet paper as you can't find any.
People buying them and splitting them into 1 ply like Dwight Schrute on The Office (US)?
That was half a ply.
Aldi seem to have kept most of their fresh meat/chicken etc prices down.
Yeah but you gotta stand in the aldi line and be a human being instead of robot self check out terminals

@AlienC: Especially when the butterscotch schnapps falls over, jams the system and noone can buy alcohol from that side. Lol.
@BewareOfThe Dog: Wait what I need more details and information.. So the alcohol broke open or the cap was just loose. Lol oh man that would suck bad.
@AlienC: A few years back, someone had it upright, and the lid must not have been fully on the liqueur (it could have been Irish cream, Orange/ Liqueur etc) . As it moved forward. it tipped, and leaked, the liquid went down the belt, and they had to shut it off, until it was looked at. This was back when it was only 1 register that could sell alcohol.
I'm pretty sure everything's gone up, I was surprised when I saw Woolies' potato gems are now $0.50 cents more a pack.
Personally Oak 2L Flavoured milk varieties have been ok price wise.. maybe a few cents up but otherwise still good value considerably.
Usually around $2.25/L for a 2L size or $4.50 full price.
Chewing gum 4-packs (Extra, Eclipse etc) are "on offer" currently for $3 in Coles (was normal price) and will be going up to $4.
