Ages, thanks for the info.
Our customers buy Duff for its robust taste, not its alcoholic content. I predict our alcohol-free Duff Zero will sell even better than its previous brand.
Underrated comment.
Yes I know you only posted it two minutes ago.
Only took 30 mins for Duff to go out of business. :P
$4 per 6 more than what I'd be prepared to pay.
I honestly don't get why alcohol beer is priced the same at alcoholic beer. The tax is significantly less.
Also do people actually drink this for the taste?
My wife is interested in getting some. She really doesn't take to alcohol at all but she wants to experience the cracking open a beer and having a drink after a rough day. We have a young toddler so even more reason for her to not drink at all.
We have a young toddler so even more reason for her
Heck, give some to the toddler too…
soft drink
There is that, but for some reason she does want to try a non alcoholic beer. Apparently the sound of a cracking open a can is not enough.
Some religions / beliefs don't allow consumption of alcohol. So if drinking with others having a beer, its an easy way to join in. Discovered that when having a beer with a Christian neighbour.
Bought him a gift of some 0% alcohol beer. Put a smile on his face.
Christians can drink alcohol though
Wine is the blood of christ supposedly
Maybe Muslims?
*Not all Christians.
@INFIDEL: I dont think its religion thats stopping him from drinking alcohol
@Drakesy: You lack knowledge of the wide range of Christian beliefs.
Not all Christians share the same practices or are the same!
Alcohol is forbidden in some Christian Church's rules. Whereas it is central to other Church's services.
My neighbour is from Iran & Christian.
Baháʼís are forbidden to drink alcohol or to take drugs, except by a doctor's order, because God has given human beings reason which is taken away by intoxicants that lead the mind astray.
The Temperance Movement (against alcohol) had a long & strong history in Australia, based on Christian beliefs. They had their own "Hotels" where followers wouldn't be tempted by alcohol!
Similarly, coffee was promoted instead of alcohol. Coffee Houses here were the alternative to pubs!
I know from experience, some fundamentalist Protestant churches forbid alcohol or anything that may "tempt the Devil".
Tried a Heineken Zero I gave him - didn't like it, grabbed a real beer🍺
Why is this tagged alcohol? 🤔
Do you have an image of "6x Peroni Libera $5" want to price match at Dan's?
Like most products at this Outlet store, these are a clearance item (near expiry), so Dans are unlikely to price match.
