That processor is like from 5 generations ago. I am unsure it is worth it to spend $400 on this laptop and then add more for RAM.

- No Windows 11 support, laptop is too old
Save up the extra $$$ and just buy new
TBH, for non-gaming use, it should be fast enough, I've got 5 laptops now and my favourite one is the old HP 8460P, but my concern is the overheating issue, especially for a thin one.
These guys always post the most expensive stuff. Please do not buy from them and search for alternatives
Curious to know what you could get at this price that would be better. Might be 6th gen Intel on a premium laptop, but not sure if there's anything better in this price
Also very interested. Looking at $400 laptops and they’re all Celeron/Pentium and apparently they ar awful, lucky to have 4gb ram. Thought a refurbed i5 with 8gb would be decent enough? I was looking at the options through Amazon renewed though
