Despite the prices falling - I would still avoid a blower card unless your use-case requires it.
Cooling and noise is not great with these cards. With so many other deals around I would skip unless your case has very poor airflow (which means you probably shouldn't be using a 320W GPU in the first place …)
The cooling sucks on most 3080's/3080ti's outside of the premium variants. You need to undervolt on most of them to keep it at reasonable temps.

If you like the sound of Jet engine, get this.
Might be loud but it's much cheaper then other 3080's.
Iike someone said cooling is a problem for most. However you can add a ton a thermal paste around the heatsink which will lower memory temps significantly whilst only raising the core temps a little.
