Somehow I'm a bit sceptical that it's $135 value…lol…but still it's very generous of them!
It probably has $134.95 worth of coupons.
Can't submit the form either - keeps saying: "Error: please fill in your postal address", even though I did. Even tried different ways, spelling, formats, etc… Anybody else experienced this?

when enter the address, you can't put "-"
otherwise keep telling you there is error.Doesn't work! I entered SYD address but still get the error.

Same here. I think they only put that up when they noticed many people outside of NSW are requesting it.

Thanks for sharing this offer. I live down the road from the salon and it will be interesting to see what's actually in the pack.
I have been contacted by the owner of Lady at Bay and they have removed the offer as traffic coming from OzBargain and various other websites are "clogging the system". Therefore this deal is effectively expired.
So what happens to the people who registered? Do they still receive the pack or not?
I registered on their Web site on 30/09/2008.
There was no notes on my location in Adelaide.
Still waiting for the pack. Called them - noone answering.
This was terrible. I got some voucher from them some time last year — pretty crap, spend 100 or 50 or something and get discount voucher, so I threw it away.
And just this week, I get something that looks a LOT, SUSPICIOUSLY like spam. Should probably have scanned it in or something, but I was so disgusted I threw it away on the spot. Was something about signing up and paying 150+ or something for membership….no thanks. Just looked scammy to me.
Seeing that the salon is only in NSW, I don't think this is applicable to all other states. I'll put in my details anyway to see if they'll honour it. :)
