brisbane airport (or nearby) car rental for a week

hi,

my cousin is heading to Brisbane (flying from adelaide) and needs a rental car.

just him. needs to be an automatic .

looking for a bargain.

  • arriving 3pm 21-3-2022 and departing 12 28-3-2022. - so 7 day rental

I've googled and used the comparison sites and nothing is coming up at less than $550.

I've post here because some one was looking for a GC car hire recently and someone posted an awesome Gold Coast car rental (https://www.familycarrentals.com.au/) that was nearly half price of all competition.

    It's almost like there was recently a major weather event that wrote off a tonne of cars. This then creates a huge demand, and subsequent shortage, of rental cars.

    Try apex rentals they are good as well. the only downside is they are off airport but they pick and drop you off so not a biggie.

    35 dollars for off house drop or pickup
