haha - yeah, their SP is pretty dismal atm. For those invested, it's a long term outlook with them. If you're patient enough, you'll see a good return on current prices compared to 24-48mths from now. Could be 10x imo.

Could be. They have gone really strong on growth and didn't factor in actual costs rising. I guess that is why they have changed their strategy (or at least that is what they are telling SH, right?) focusing on becoming profitable… Time will tell.

Is it really cashback, reading the T&C on zip it seems more like credit added to your zip account so can only be used on further zip transactions?

I was told online chat the transaction need to use payment method zip pay and then you will get cash back.
I made my order through online and use apple pay. The zip rewards come instantly in my previous experience but this time didn't.
Maybe due to the share price they are doing manually?
Just called Zip and they can’t see any offer in their system for Sydney Tools. Looks like it was retracted at some point and not all the marketing removed.
If anyone who purchased has emails with the T&Cs in writing, I’d suggest holding on to that for legal purposes.
Ive just made a $499 purchase with ZIP on Sydney Tools website. I was quite confused as to where my discount was supposed to show up as on my pc when I go to the ZIP site and log in there is nothing there to indicate that I have earned it.
I did have an email a little later that mentioned a $20 reward that I can redeem on the app. I installed the app and sure enough it allows me to apply it to my balance. I got 4 of these in total and am just shy of the 5th having spent just shy of $500.
All a bit confusing initially but got there in the end.
It look like only order via Zip pay will get the reward point instantly. In my case I use Apple pay with zip card didn't trigger the rewards.
I have email them and hope it will be resolved soon.
