Strange, I had that message a few seconds ago but it went away after refreshing. It has something to do with our host's database migration to a new server so try it again and let me know. It's getting late here in EST so I'll be back in the morning.

Well this is for all beta events that they will be holding. Besides the site seems to be working fine on our end and according to our site stats seems like some people referred from this OZBargain is online as well. One moment though.

Have you tried it after I disabled MemCache? I recently did it so please let me know. If problem persists, I'll have the listing hid but this is strange since it is only affecting some people.

How come you are selling the Beta access separately? All pre-purchases of Guild Wars 2 are meant to come with the beta access included. Sounds like you are double dipping and selling the beta codes and not giving them to people who buy the full game. Pretty sure Arena.net would not be too impressed.
As someone who who has gone for the collectors edition I can say the beta is pretty good what I have seen so far.
Our suppliers have received the beta codes separately in the cd key market. I have questioned them as well but they claim that they don't have the full version of the game yet, only the beta keys. This is why it's a cheaper price and people should only buy it for testing to see if they will like the game.

Yup. I honestly can't believe the site is going through this issue right now when I just got those beta keys in and the first weekend beta is already ongoing… :(

Make sure the version of PHP enabled is 4.3.3 or greater … on one of my hosts I have a choice for 4.x or 5.x
According to Cpanel, PHP version: 5.3.10. It's strange because I've disabled MemCached so it should be working now but it's not…

But I have bought the beta keys? Not everyone can get into the beta you know and some people are willing to pay for beta access.

Oops sorry fixed. Yesterday when I was adding all these stuff, turned out that I was running on the site's cache so nothing I did was saved.
There are still a few more keys left for instant delivery. We've also stocked on TERA Online Standard Edition cd keys. Again, I apologize for everything. This was really all a fault on our side. But I guarantee you that the site should be 100% working now including all the vouchers webster.
I don't see anyone in this thread doubting that it's a fault on your side. The issues raised in this thread are:
Neither of these issues stand your company in good reputational stead. Which is bad, since you already have reputation problems with those of us who don't like playing games in Russian or breaking Steam's rules and potentially getting our accounts banned.
Well if you look on other key shops, you'll notice few of them are selling the beta keys as well. You have to realize that in the CD Key market, suppliers are selling these keys not giving them out for free. (They don't have their hands on the full game yet) So I've put these keys up at the lowest price on the net if anyone was interested here on OZBargain and we did make some sales so it's at the end up to the buyer. Also what do you mean I'm not delivering the beta access that I've promised? People who've purchased the keys now have activated the keys on the GW2 site and have access to all beta events before the game comes out including the one that's going on right now.
Also, none of our customer had a problem so far with their account being compromised by steam as this only happens when people activate keys are stolen and I make sure that my suppliers are selling valid keys before selling them to our customers. You can also see that I have some good reputations in the past here on OZBargain.
I agree — its not worth wasting your time dealing with a company that can't do anything right…
went with good old Green Man Gaming … way more reliable, and their website actually worked.
I don't criticize your disappointment but please understand that this was unexpected rare issue on our side. I could not tell anything was wrong with the site as our ISP was still caching onto the old server and everything seemed to be working fine. Also a web host's server migration (which is also out of our hands) is known to bring problems to client sites which we have fixed immediately once we figured out what was the problem. I've been trying to show your our apologies by offering better coupons (5% coupons on all keys) and also with the problem you had with the voucher, I fixed it a minute later you posted the problem. But again, I don't blame your decision, I just hope that we could reach a better understanding. Also note that this listing's been marked hidden since the problem arose so I'm not sure why new people were still able to see it. (Support tells me that the listing is still searchable even if it's hid)
