This (almost certainly) won't be PD when used in a typical 12V car socket - its maximum voltage will be 12 volts.
There is nearly zero chance this can step up voltage.
I don't use this one but my lighter socket in an old hyundai i30 gives me 10 amps at 12 volts, ie 120 watts, more than enough for PD. I use the Xiaomi 100w and have measured it.

Good timing, I was looking to upgrade my twin USB-A one of these to use my magsafe charger in the car.
I got mine today. It's fake. The USB-C isn't orange like in the picture and it doesn't do FastCharge.
Current deal ?
