Recommendation for a Powerful Non-Stick Vacuum Cleaner Like Dyson Ball under $500

Hey Folks!
Hopefully, this is the right place and format

I am looking for recommendations for powerful vacuum cleaners that can be Dyson or Xiaomi but that are NOT stick-like.
Wifey is obsessed with having a big vacuum like the Dyson multi-ball which we used to have overseas and from what I can find here 9 out of 10 vacuums are the stick variant.

Important Features are:
- Suction Power
- Accessories to be able to use it on a hard floor, tiles, carpet, but also couch, etc.
- No animals but having kids around we have a lot of mess
- Ok to be Xiaomi or other reputable brand even if not Dyson

We bought a Kogan one but it basically died in less than 6 months so wanted to hear thoughts on good vacuum here in AU

    I also prefer the ball vacuums to the stick ones after having had both. Why not just get the Dyson Big Ball Extra?

    I have a Dyson Stick and it gradually died after a long while but just bought a new battery and still going strong-can you do the same with your Kogan?

      Dyson sticks just don't deep clean as well as a plug in machine. We have one, and its excellent for a quick clean up when we have visitors, or the kids have been eating around the house, but if you have allergies like I do, then you certainly need something with a bit more oomph to clean your house from dust!
