Lounge Tickets Travel

Hi, I see a lot of people selling lounge tickets in the classified section and was wondering how they work. I am flying Singapore Airlines to Singapore in May and was wondering if I purchase the Qantas lounge tickets will they be valid or do I have to be on Qantas/Jetstar flight?

I believe you have to be on a Qantas/Jetstar flight.

Yes must be Qantas/Jetstar flight. Other lounge access options would be using Priority Pass lounge network (Plaza Premium lounges), or Amex lounges if you have an Amex credit card with relevant access.

This Dragonpass offer still works as far as I know: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/576787

Costs ~$35 per person (you'll be charged in British Pounds) per visit after you get the free membership, and you're not restricted in terms of airline. Quality of the lounges can vary so read up on reviews first before buying a pass. Note that The House lounges in Melbourne and Sydney impose a surcharge on top of the lounge pass cost (whereas the Plaza Premiums don't).

I used this a couple of years ago - got to the door, confirmed that it was open and accepted Dragonpass, bought a visit on the spot and redeemed it straight away.

    • ohhh I'll look into this, thanks!! :D

  • What is the Qantas lounge domestic in Sydney is like post Covid time?
