Been waiting around for another good deal on this headset, seems like all time low comparing to other posts?
Edit: Forgot to mention, long time lurker first time poster, please be nice :) xo

I've got the G933 and the Arctis 7's however been looking at these for an upgrade for some time, I don't expect much of a difference but my G933's have an annoying issue with the right side turning off a lot of the time. I don't like the ski band of the Arctis 7's either unfortunately, my G933's have been around for a good 5 years now purchased for $199. Defintely like the idea of them hanging in for that long, safe to say I've become a logitch fanboy over the years :P.
I had the same issue where I had to rattle the power switch to fix it. Mine fixed itself for now (I forgot about that to be honest).
I've got a big head so I've got to be sure they'll fit before I buy anything so I've been sticking with logitech because of that and I'm not sure I'd like that hanging elastic adjustment thing like you mentioned with the Arctis 7. G hub is decent enough though and the build quality of them is acceptable though I don't have other brands to compare against really
Yeah, I can fix it, usually a quick power off/power on usually fixes it, I did take it apart to fix however couldn't manage to get it consistent.
G hub is okay, a lot of settings tend to revert sometimes, moreso in previous versions though. I do have a logitech cam and mouse so ghub will fit in nicely instead of having a bunch of different stuff for different products.
@SSChicken: I haven't had much in settings resetting but I recently bought a logitech x52 HOTAS and I needed a separate program to run it instead of G hub which annoyed me. I had some issues with it making my G560 lights sound active though
Super comfortable headset, only issue is the mic quality is horrendous compared to others especially the Corsair Virtuoso. I ended up returning mine due to the mic quality.
Mine have great mic quality, - did you play around setting in the G Hub, try different profile?
and according to rtings, this is amount the top for mic quality especially with noisy background.
Just wanted to verify .. is your "horrendous" mic quality for the wireless version of this headset?
I have been using the G Pro X (wired version) and and everyone I've spoken with for the past 6 months tell me that the mic quality is great. This is plugged in (via the USB sound card) without loading the G Hub software on my mac. Being wired is about the only negative I have about the G Pro X.
The build quality and the positive responses I received on mic quality was (almost) enough that I was seriously considering to go wireless on this model (if the sale price is great) .. but I'd like to know about your experience (with the mic on the wireless model).
Had the G Pro X Wireless had an audio jack, I would have purchased them (on a decent sale).
I too was wondering about this. Found a great review with some audio of the what the mic sounds like with processing on and off. See about 3/4 of the way down this page:

Anyway, for me, its sounds fine. I think I will pull the trigger.
I have these in the wired option and the comfort is pretty good. Not quite as good as the G935 in my opinion though
