Kogan 1st 12 months free with certain plans

Hi, just wondered if anyone has purchased a 12-month phone plan from Kogan which included the free 12 month Kogan 1st membership?
I made a purchase last month but haven't received my membership, I have tried to contact them but getting no response.

I mainly purchased the plan because of the bonus 1st membership.

    I contacted Kogan and they said they’ll be sending out my voucher soon. It’s been 5 days now since their last email.

      You guys are masochists. You are wanting access to Kogan 1st, even after receiving this rubbish level of service so far.
