Seems like a good option for an indoor security camera. RRP claims to be $178. Offer local or 24hr cloud recording. Although cloud recoding option only valid for a year. But seems to be able access local recording remotely, unlike some arlo devices (Arlo Pro 2, in my experience).

True. But that one doesn’t appear to offer local recording. It seems most of these vendors are trying to get people on a cloud subscription.
always be wary of anything which requires outside help to function. Dlink have already pulled the plug on a number of cameras and older apps, even though customer hardware may still work perfectly. And they are by no means the only ones. Hardware requiring a cloud subscription is at the mercy of the vendor as to when they retire platforms.

I got one of these as a "bonus" on something a while ago… Honestly it was super disappointing and I didn't even pay for it
Looks to be replaced with a v2 for $129.95
