I've refinanced our home loan which was settled bit more than 60 days ago. The Suncorp loan specialist confirmed that i qulify for the $3,000 solar home bonus, and the contract states the payment will be made with in 60 days from the settlement date. Now, 60 days have passed. When i enquired it to their phone support, the banker was not sure which department he needs to contact. The suncorp home loan specialist is keep saying the payment will be made in any day, and he does not seem to be following up the payment.
If anyone was in the similar situation, is there any direct number to the suncorp department that deals with the bonus payment? Or Is there any government authority where i can lodge a formal complaint to get this going?
