Was looking at some old posts yesterday for some cheap earbuds to keep in the draw at work and noticed that these were on sale for $16.99 with a coupon to bring it down to $9.99. Just received them and can confirm they're TaoTronics TT-BH092 / SoundLiberty 92.

The tips don't sit completely inside your ear canal so don't seal out outside noise, and the mids and highs are very average, but sound quality is perfectly acceptable for a tenner.

Also looks like these earbuds from this post a couple months ago might be ok for $20, apparently SoundLiberty Pro P10. They've been $21 previously from jiaheenshangmao Amazon store so perhaps around the normal price now, not sure.

    The part that goes into your ears has the speaker in it. The stem has the battery. I guess there's a chance if you put the stem in your ear.
