    Some good deals, but the $20 kills it for anyone out of Sydney unfortunately. Might save maybe 5 or 10 bucks on $200+ order. Understandable if its a new business, best of luck!

    Can't price match as all retailers take price + postage

      Thanks, the flat shipping rate means up to $20 because the real-time shipping rate options are always there, like 1kg to Melbourne is $7.80, 5kg to Perth is $11.38. The flat shipping rate option is really useful when someone need to buy a lot heavy items and the real-time shipping cost would be very expensive.

    Even with shipping some good deals e.g. venison shank cheaper than Best Friends pet store without their shipping. Also cheaper than the cheapest price on 99 pet stores for it. (For my area I'm seeing $27 shipped for 2, $39.50 for 3).

      Thanks, we've been trying out best to do the best prices while the shipping cost is currently out of our control. Shipping cost of a same item to different locations within Australia could be 10+ times difference, so I can't image how can the other stores do free shipping Australia wide, but we'll figure it out in the future.
