A few stores offering discounts on range of Google Nest items at the moment. Not cheapest prices they have ever been but Harvey Norman also adding a gift card to the Google Nest Hub ($30) and the Chromecast with Google TV ($20).

Meant I was able to use the gift cards to purchase up a discounted Google Nest Mini $49. RRP for all 3 would be $327 but able to purchase for $186 (43% discount). Or gift cards could be used for other Harvey Norman purchases.

Can be purchased online with Free Click & Collect in store available.

      Thanks…Its the $30 gift card that makes a lot of difference. I know people would say, that buys nothing at HN. But still whatever, can be bought, would be some value for sure.

  Just be warned about the patent legal action between Google and Sonos…..rulings made for USA and I've had functionality issues with mine.

    same…overnight, the group speaker functionality just went bonkers:
    - not syncing properly
    - speaker/sound dropouts
    - no individual controls for volume
    - pain in the a$$ to use know (compared to previously)

    I'm sure (like most people) I'll adapt, but the transition period has left a slight distaste.

    This has been resolved now. But it was a nightmare to try and figure out at the time, as well as waiting for them to come to an agreement.

  I got one of these that I got as an impulse purchase a while back, and I use the voice activation features from it - but I feel like I’m under utilising it. It’s basically just a clock and a microphone for yelling at Google at the moment. Does anyone else have one of these and have tips for things it’s good for?
