Recommend using the Phillips Zoom Teeth Whitening that you can buy on Amazon for $119. They’re the same ones Dentist/Orthodontist use in-office. They come in 6%, 10% and 16% peroxide for different teeth sensitivities. I have used it a few times and with great results
