I signed up for eBay plus yearly membership where you get $40 voucher. I received the voucher instantly but haven't been invoiced the $49 membership. When will that happen?
My membership page states current balance = $48.99. Amount due = $0. New activity not yet invoiced = $48.99.
I opted Paypal as my payment method but nothing has come out of that.
Any ideas?

Yep, so for some reason, the payment was delayed.
However, I had buyers remorse, but couldn't find out how to cancel and stop payment. So I removed all payment methods from PayPal.
Just after midnight I received an email stating payment was declined and membership cancelled. My $40 voucher gone.
I wonder if the delayed payment is normal? Maybe payment isn't carried out until the next day. It seems I could of made a purchase last night, used the voucher with eBay plus, and not had to pay any fees.
Enjoy their constant harassment for the next few months if they can't get the money
The email sent by ebay suggests they have cancelled it outright and to enrol again if I want to join in the future.
Interestingly, I still have the $40 voucher code but says I need to be a ebay plus member to use. Will try enrolling again for a free month and see if it works
